Skating can be hazardous. Emerald City Skates will not be responsible for skating injuries. PLEASE SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Be sure and check your equipment before each use for your safety.

Shipping Information: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout on all items. I like to use UPS to ship your items because they provide you with a tracking number. For orders during the week if you order before 10:00am I try and get things shipped out the same day whenever possible. For orders placed on the weekend I ship Monday morning. I use UPS to ship to all states except for Hawaii and Alaska. I use the US Post Office with Delivery Confirmation to Hawaii and Alaska to help keep your shipping costs down.

Returns accepted on new unworn skates.

Custom skates are not able to be returned.

Returns are accepted on New unworn Protective Gear. It must be in the same condition that you received it, so send back all of the packaging too.
